We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website:
We have also taken the opportunity to do a spot of rebranding including a new logo and stationery. However there is nothing new about our business or personnel!
Originally established in 2001 as Smartwork Contracts Company, we are now leading specialists in all aspects of commercial property construction and refurbishment including office fit-outs, strip-outs and maintenance. We also offer relocation and dilapidation solutions.
Apart from office construction, we also have a dedicated M & E facilities division able to provide Access Control, Air Conditioning, CCTV/Security Systems, Data/Telecoms, External Lighting, Fire Detection/Alarm Systems, Intruder Alarms, LG3/LG7 compliant lighting, Mains Power Distribution, UPS and Generator Backup.
Finally once a project is complete, we can provide ongoing service and maintenance of your M&E equipment to a mutually agreed schedule.
Previous clients include: ITN, ITV, Channel 4, Gatwick 23, Ascot Racecourse and CPRE among many others.
