CFS is proud to have been selected by a global high- tech client to carry out a complete strip-out of their old premises and subsequent relocation to new premises in Sunbury.

Their client manufactures state-of-the-art camera support equipment for TV studios, news gathering, outside broadcast etc. In order to facilitate assembly and testing of this specialist equipment, CFS installed a raised, insulated floor together with power and data facilities throughout the building.

CFS also constructed new offices including ceilings, carpets, power and lighting.

With a value of £75,000, the entire project was completed on time and on budget.

CFS are proud to have been entrusted with a major strip-out and refurbishment of the headquarters of a leading London law firm located in the imposing Artillery House development in the City of Westminster.

This prestigious conversion included all new electro-mechanical services including air-conditioning throughout, removal of all original electrics and replacing with integrated power and data outlets together with LED “mood” lighting.

The office suites benefit from adjustable partitioning, hardwood floors, radiator casings, glazed doors, bespoke joinery and fitted carpets throughout. CFS also provided a fully fitted kitchen for staff use.

All completed on time and on budget.

CFS Provide Suburban Makeover

Although the bulk of our work is in transforming and upgrading commercial properties, we are occasionally requested to apply our expertise to the private sector. A recent example is this stunning refurbishment of a rundown, 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Cowley.

The project included building a ground floor extension with hardwood floor throughout, fitted kitchen, complete rewire and new central heating, all rounded off with a landscaped garden and new block-paved driveway to the front.

CFS Complete Another “Back To Shell” Project

CFS has recently completed a major project for a prestigious Home Counties client. Comprising a complete strip out and Category A refit of a 500m² open plan office with new floor, carpet and ceiling with state-of-the art LED lighting, this phase was completed in just six weeks.

Phase 2 of the project involved “back to shell” strip out and refit of the Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilet facilities on each floor of a three floor, occupied building with new bespoke cubicles, porcelain floor tiles, lighting, wash basins and hand driers etc. This phase was completed over three, six-week slots with minimal disruption to the business and its staff.

The project was completed on time and on budget with a total value £155,000.00
