CFS Complete Another “Back To Shell” Project

CFS has recently completed a major project for a prestigious Home Counties client. Comprising a complete strip out and Category A refit of a 500m² open plan office with new floor, carpet and ceiling with state-of-the art LED lighting, this phase was completed in just six weeks.

Phase 2 of the project involved “back to shell” strip out and refit of the Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilet facilities on each floor of a three floor, occupied building with new bespoke cubicles, porcelain floor tiles, lighting, wash basins and hand driers etc. This phase was completed over three, six-week slots with minimal disruption to the business and its staff.

The project was completed on time and on budget with a total value £155,000.00
