Originally established in 2001 as Smartwork Contracts Company, CFS Ltd is now a well-established building and office fit-out contractor within the UK construction and refurbishment market.

We operate extensively throughout the commercial, industrial and private sectors and offer a highly competitive fit-out/strip-out service for offices, shops and warehouse projects, including refurbishment and dilapidation services.

CFS Ltd and their associates comply with all necessary Health & Safety requirements and carry professional indemnity insurance for projects up to £2M and Public Liability cover up to £5M for any one claim.

Utilising many years of experience, our dedicated in-house management team offer a full, professional service to new and existing clients.
